This book was a great help with educating myself on different side affects of those drugs! i recommend this book to anyone whos looking to have drug info at ur fingertips! Want to make it better? This is compact, accurate and simple to reference. The various chapters and tables integrate well with other non-psychiatric medications. If they want to make it better, develop a downloadable version for my Palm Smartphone that is upgradeable when new information comes out. A Great Book PDR Drug Guide for Mental Health Professionals This is a smaller version of the Physician PDR specifically for Mental Health practicianers. It is up to date, easy to use and is the first source I use regarding medication. I order one every year...every year more psychotrophic medications become available. Excellent resource for chemical dependency counselors This book provides current information regarding drugs clients may be taking, their side effects, alternatives, symptoms, etc. A must-have for any counselor's desk. Great Book I highly recommend this book for professionals who work in the mental health field or for those who work in Child Protection or a related field that might need a quick reference for medications that their clients might be on if you aren't already familar with it.
