For those who are not serious students of psychology, I would recommend this book for anyone wishing to learn more about dealing with and understanding their own personal issues concerning "stress," "pain," and or methods of "coping." This book provides valuable tips on management of these areas and elucidates well on the symbiotic relationship between behavior and health.
